Build a comprehensive knowledge of distilled spirits. Focus on the factors that affect the character and quality of each spirit (such as ingredients, production method and aging process). Each class is enhanced with a tasting of the benchmark spirits discussed .


  Prerequisites: You must be at least 19 years of age.
