  Many health professionals feel eating according to the glycemic index (originally invented to help diabetics) makes good sense for everyone. Learn about the benefits of adding foods that are rated low on the glycemic index to your diet, and spend a day with our chef cooking simple, healthy and flavourful dishes that feature these foods.
