Learn to create some classic and nouveau cakes that are very popular in the industry today – from layer cakes to meringue tortes. Use various fillings and toppings to craft the perfect cake for one's palette.

Note(s):

A full George Brown chef uniform is required for this course. Tool requirements will be discussed in the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed both HOSF 9134 (Baking Arts) and HOSF 9280 (Art of Cakes) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $267.00, (includes cost of food used in class) plus cost of tools
