Focus on breads that are commonly served in the morning such as croissants. Learn the skills and techniques required to produce each product to industry standards.

Note(s):

A full George Brown chef uniform is required for this course. Tool requirements will be discussed in the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9134 (Baking Arts) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $207.00, (includes cost of food used in class) plus cost of tools
