Experience the delights of working with chocolate. Learn to use chocolate with moulds and in such things as truffles, confections and decorations.

Note(s):

A full George Brown chef uniform is required for this course. Tool requirements will be discussed in the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9134 (Baking Arts) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $428.00, (includes cost of food used in class) plus cost of tools

  Hours: 24
