Our Thai Cooking 2 course explores a variety of Thai ingredients through vibrant recipes with dynamic flavour profiles. Build on the skills you learned in HOSF 9417 Thai Cooking 1 and prepare authentic dishes from both the northern and southern regions of Thailand. Practice recipes including khao soi, laab moo pork salad, massaman curry, spicy shrimp with lemongrass, glass noodle salad, tom yum soup, and pad kra prao chicken with basil.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9417 Thai Cooking 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
